Private Personal Training
These sessions are customized to your individual level. During each session we discuss your goals, nutrition and how they are being accomplished and what improvements that need to be critiqued.
One On One Personal Training $35.00 per person 1 hour session or $28.00 per person for a 45 Minute session. Group of 2 $45.00 Session.
Small Group Training
A small group training session is customized for two to three people, create a session with your family or friends to enjoy the mutual benefits of personalized fitness to provide an extra motivation to encourage success.
