Fitness, nutrition, health is my passion. I love to teach, empower, watch my clients make positive changes to reach their fitness and lifestyle desires. Their success, accomplishments are what drives me to make fitness, nutrition, and a health a fun way of life!

I have been involved in fitness and nutrition for over 20+ years, whether I was training a client, training for a sport, an event or for personal reasons.

My goal is to see you succeed! I believe that your mind, body and soul need to work together to reach a balance and then the sky is the limit.

Kris:

I grew up being very involved in athletics and sports, after years of owning my own businesses; including family restaurants, building custom homes and a Realtor I have circled back to my true passion of fitness. My goal and what I enjoy is helping people to achieve their goals, dreams and aspire to help them to be the best they can be. I am a certified Personal Trainer and I want to make fitness fun, exciting and a lifestyle. I enjoy culinary and bringing this aspect into my practice of a health and fitness. I look forward to working with you and having a lifelong relationship

Private Personal Training
These sessions are customized to your individual level. During each session we discuss your goals and how they are being accomplished and what improvements that need to be critiqued.

One On One and Couples Personal Training $55.00 per session

 

Small Group Training
A small group training session is for two to four people to enjoy the mutual benefits of personalized fitness with your family or friends. This also provides an extra motivation to encourage success.

There is no age limit when it comes to enjoying the many benefits of fitness. I can tailor programs for all ages that keep your personal safety in mind while helping you grow stronger, flexible and stay healthy for years to come.
